Kiwi have amazing health benifits!!

Did you know kiwi's have some of the highest sources of vitamin C? Vitamin C contributes to the production of collagen, a key component in our organs and skin. A kiwi provides roughly 64 mg. of Vitamin C, and it is better in many ways to get that Vit. C from a real food than a supplement because eating a delicious kiwi will also provide you with fiber and antioxidants like tocopherol. Kiwi's are not only a healthy snack, but an easy one to eat. I just give one a rinse and dry it off, cut them down the middle and eat it with a spoon. Pure deliciousness, and my skin looks smoother too!
